It's not enough
to claim to repent
God wants obediance
not lies

I would get my act together

If I'm set free from sin
Then why do I flirt with it
like a wayward wife

I need to take control
of my act and my tongue
be slow to speak
live like Your Son

I need to carry my cross
EACH DAY !!!
and go that extra mile
to live for You and
serve You gladly with a smile

I ought to have more than good intentions
I need to bear fruit
good fruit

I have sat here discouraged long enough
I need to get up and walk
and obey Your word

and clothe myself in Christ's attitude
and refute the accusations brought against me
for forgiven sin

Now I live for You

hey I haven't posted in a while
I hope in future to be a bit quieter on blogger
I've begun to use/abuse it as a way of attention seeking
